You can read this site without giving us any personal information. We don’t use advertising trackers. If we add analytics or a newsletter, we will update this page first.

Clients

When you buy a feature or enter the awards, we collect what you give us: your name, contact details, organisation, brief answers and the files you upload. We use it to write, fact-check and publish your article, to send your share kit, and to contact you about your order.

• Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes your card or bank details under its own privacy policy. We receive only the payment result and your billing name, email and company details.
• Forms are handled by Tally, and orders are tracked in our internal tools.
• We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting, then delete what we no longer need.

We don’t sell personal information.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing the editor.
